Hey guys! My name is Kristina Willis and I am the owner of Painted Culture Salon in Simpsonville, South Carolina. I have a LOVE for Balayage, Dimensional Coloring, and Natural Beaded Rows Extensions. I am a Licensed Natural Beaded Rows Artist, which essentially means, I am a HIGHLY trained extensions artist. I have training and certifications from a celebrity artist in Balayage and French Haircutting. Client experience is extremely important to me! I would LOVE to have the opportunity to work with you and your hair.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules • A minimum of 3 full days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within two full calendar days of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ⸻ How to Cancel or Reschedule To ensure your request is received in a timely manner, all changes must be made directly through your stylist via call or text to their personal number. Please note — emails, or social media DMs are not accepted as notice. We cannot guarantee these will be seen in adequate time, especially for after-hours messages, and we want to make sure no cancellation or reschedule request is missed. For cancellations made via the salon line, they must come through during business hours and be confirmed of receipt. If we are unable to receive request in time, the cancellation may be subject to being charged a fee. ⸻ Wellness Policy We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell or if someone in your household has a contagious illness. We deeply appreciate honesty and want to ensure our space stays safe and healthy for everyone during this busy season. We will always approach sickness-related reschedules with understanding and flexibility. However, if illness cancellations become frequent, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future appointments. This helps us maintain fairness for all guests and keep our schedules running smoothly. ⸻ Frequent Reschedules We completely understand that life happens, but if a guest frequently cancels or reschedules appointments, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future bookings. This deposit will go toward the service total at checkout but will not be refunded if another last-minute change occurs. ⸻ Why This Matters Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. Last-minute changes are very difficult to fill and directly impact our stylists’ schedules and other guests waiting for openings. These updates allow us to protect that time, maintain consistency, and continue providing the calm, elevated, and intentional experience Painted Culture is known for.
